Utility Infrastructure

TEC designs public and private utility infrastructure including water supply and sanitary sewer systems.   Our work includes the full range of services from district level master planning to the design and permit document preparation for large development projects or individual project watermain or sanitary sewer main extensions or replacements.  We also perform water supply grid analysis.

TEC provided design and construction document preparation for the extension of an 8-inch public watermain at the Cedar Hills Mulch Packaging Facility in Maple Valley, Washington.  

Extensive water and sewer main extensions were required for the Rose Terrace Plat project in the City of Sammamish, Washington.  The steep topography resulted in a need for complex coordination between water, sewer and storm drainage as shown in the adjacent profile.
