ACRS, Seattle, WA:

The Asian Counselling and Referral Services (ACRS) facility is a great example of an Institutional Facility with full site design by TEC, Inc.  TEC provided civil engineering design, permit document and construction phase services for this new community services center in Seattle, Washington.  The project property is 2 acres in size, and includes a 50,000 square foot building with underground parking, two surface parking lots and the extension of two new public streets.  In addition to the standard site design and permit documents, TEC, Inc. prepared the NPDES and SWPPP documents for this project. 

Overlake Golf and Country Club Grounds Maintenance Facility, Medina, WA: 

TEC, Inc. provided the civil engineering/site design for the construction of a new grounds maintenance facility building.  The project included materials storage, vehicle maintenance and vehicle wash, fertilizer and herbicide chemicals storage, new access drive, and new watermain extension as well as extensive storm drainage treatment and flow control.

Multifamily developments often include many challenges for site design and layout.  The needs of access, mobility and efficient use of the land to maximize the site potential are all taken into account.  This photo is of Northwest University's Married Housing Complex, where TEC provided civil engineering design for the development of the 4-acre site with four multi-unit apartment buildings.  The project requirements included the construction of 500 lineal feet of new public roadway and the extension of new water and sanitary sewer mains, and also 500 feet of public bike and pedestrian trails. 

St. Louise Catholic Church Master Plan and Parish School, Bellevue, WA: 

TEC, Inc. provided all of the sitework/civil engineering services for a campus wide 5 phase master plan, as well as the design and permit document preparation for the phase 1 new parish school building project at the Saint Louise Catholic Church campus on 156^th Ave SE in Bellevue, Washington.  The master plan includes provisions for multiphase sitework and infrastructure improvements for storm drainage, parking and circulation, and utility services.  The Parish School project includes watermain and fire service revisions, storm drainage detention and treatment, grading, and parking and access improvements.

Rainier North Building, Issaquah, WA:

TEC, Inc. has provided site design and permit document services for many Commercial sites including the Cascade Shopping Center in Renton, a Rite Aid store in Federal Way, the Mt. Vernon Motel site, the Genley Stewart Cardlock Facility in Fife, Key Bank Services Centers in Tacoma, Hood River, OR and Clackamas, OR, and KCPQ Studio in Seattle.  The adjacent photo is of our recently-completed Rainier North office building in Issaquah, WA.  The site design in this LEED certified facility includes 100% storm runoff infiltration, rainwater harvesting, and an electrical vehicle plug-in station.

Grenley Stewart Cardlock Fueling Facility, Fife, WA:  TEC, Inc. provided the site design and permit and construction document preparation for this 2-acre cardlock fleet fueling facility.  Site work included grading, storm runoff collection and conveyance, bioswale storm runoff treatment, and three lane offsite street improvements.
