in historic downtown Issaquah. 

The building was completed in June of 2010 by Rainier Set Sail Partners.  And we are proud to note that it is a LEED certified building.

We are proud of our building's environmentally responsible amenities such as a green roof garden, drought tolerant landscaping, rainwater harvesting, on-site infiltration of runoff, and an electric vehicle charging station.
